Nagino Maruyama
Nagino Maruyama, born in Japan in 1999, showcased her musical talent early, performing with an orchestra at the age of 6. Since then, her captivating performances have graced esteemed concert halls worldwide, including Konzerthause in Vienna, Carnegie Hall in New York, and Salle Gaveau in Paris. She has been invited to prestigious festivals such as the Music Festival of Olivier Messiaen’s piano works in Banyuls, France, and the Chopin Festival in Tokyo. Nagino has garnered numerous accolades, including first prizes at the Concours Claude Kahn and the International Piano Talents Competition. Notably, she excelled academically, earning top honors in the entrance examination at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris in 2016. Under the mentorship of Roger Muraro and Frank Braley, she obtained her Master’s degree with honors in 2021 and completed the Artist Diploma curriculum in 2023. Nagino’s repertoire spans from the Baroque era to contemporary compositions, and she has collaborated with esteemed orchestras worldwide, including the NHK Symphonic Orchestra and the Málaga Philharmonic Orchestra.
